The Sports Direct saga seems never ending - the latest story, written by Simon Goodley of the Guardian, reveals how the company has been censured by a High Court Judge.
It transpires that in its battle with Rangers Football Club, Sports Direct's approach to the litigation attracted the ire of The Hon Mr Justice Peter Smith. After the company dropped a claim for damages against the football club, the Judge accused the company of ‘abusing processes of the court’.
It seems that the damage caused to Sports Direct's reputation by the Guardian's exposure of working practices there won't be ending anytime soon. We eagerly await the next installment.
